To produce a rigid box, we need to groove the greyboard, tape the greyboard corners, coat glue onto the paper, position the greyboard and paper together, and then wrap the box. Book cases are used for books, menus, calendars, cover boxes, etc. The hard cover consists of a larger cover paper and several smaller greyboards. The cover is coated with hot or cold glue before the greyboard is attached. Then all four sides of the cover are folded over the greyboard automatically with precision edge wrapping.
